My focus in creation process is on unique and functional pieces that can be used and enjoyed on a daily basis. Simplicity is an essential concept for me as well to create natural flow in the form, color, and texture of what I make. Majority of my pottery is a combination of hand-building and wheel throwing and I primarily use dark color stoneware clay as I feel it gives a warmth and comfort to my work pieces.
